Objectives

• state the distinguishing features between renal adenoma and renal cell carcinoma
• describe an oncocyte and state where oncytomas occur

3. Malignant Lesions

• which are the common and important tumors
• the epidemiological features and predisposing factors
• the differences in the gross appearances
• clinical and histologic features
• prognostic factors and prognosis
