Rotation 2: May 28, 2007 - June 23, 2007 (2a: 5/28-6/9; 2b: 6/11-6/23)

drop deadline: April 30, 2007

Rotation 3: June 25, 2007 - July 21, 2007 (3a: 6/25-7/7; 3b: 7/9-7/21)

drop deadline: May 28, 2007

Rotation 4: July 23, 2007 - August 18, 2007 (4a: 7/23-8/4; 4b: 8/6-8/18)

USMLE Step 2 CK & CS: July - December 30, 2007 - required

Block II form due: August 2, 2007 - required paperwork

Note: Any drop after deadline will result in loss of credit (unless granted exemption by Dr. Meg Keeley, Clinical Director of Electives/Selectives, mmg4z@virginia.edu), but with advisor approval and supervisor’s signature, you may add into an unscheduled period up until the Friday prior to beginning the rotation (except for specially arranged, research or International electives which must be scheduled a month in advance).

Winter Break: December 16, 2007 - January 6, 2008

Note: With advisor approval and supervisor’s signature on add form, you may add into an unscheduled period after deadline (except for specially arranged, research or International electives which must be scheduled a month in advance). With supervisor’s signature on drop form, you may drop after deadline in order to obtain interview dates.
