Consult the April 2006 issue of the Vital Signs for information regarding scheduling your appointment. Contact Dave Craig at 924-5579 to schedule your appointment. Check the Student Affairs web site to verify your appointment date and time Biosketch Tips: Do not FAX the Biosketch form. Send it via email as an attachment or mail it if you're out of town. Be sure to consult the instructions for use located in the April 2006 issue. You must use Word 95 or a more recent version for the Biosketch to be completed correctly - please DO NOT use other software. |

NRMP Agreement & Fee? |

The online applicant registration will open August 15th. The fee has dropped to $40 this year, so you can factor that into your financial planning. |
The AAMC ID that you received at the April residency meeting wil be your ID for ERAS and the NRMP. After you login and register with the two respective sites, they will confirm that this is your ID and that you will use it as your logon hence forth. Please make a note of it and your passwords and keep them someplace safe. |

Use The Student Affairs Web Site: Remember to use & bookmark the "Student Source" web site!. Use it to access FREIDA, AAMC, NRMP, ERAS & other residency information. Just click on Residency Information on the home page. Career Planning Web Site: The AAMC Career Planning Page now requires a login and password to utilize their site. Some of you have already entered the site, those who have not will need a password. It has been assigned by the AAMC and you can get yours by checking the front of the ERAS binder in Dave's office at any time. Medicare Payments
