Librium (Chlordiazepoxide) 50-100 mg IM/IV and repeat in 2-4
hrs prn (max-300 mg/24 hrs);
MVI QD;
Valium 10 mg IM/IV, and then 5-10 mg in 3-4 hrs prn;
Clonidine 0.1 mg po QID;
Thiamine 100 mg IM/IV QD x3;
Folate 1 mg po/IV QD;
Mg Sulfate 1-2 mg in 100 cc D5W over 1-2 hrs;
Vit K 10 mg IM QD x3 prn;
SEIZURES: Valium 5-10 mg IV and repeat q
10-15 min. to max of 30 mg.;
