Zoloft (Sertraline) 50 mg po QD;
Elavil (Amitriptyline) 25 mg po TID;
Wellbutrin (Bupropion) 100 mg po BID (initial)-TID;
Prozac (Fluoxetine) 20 (initial)-80 mg po QD;
Tofranil (Imipramine) 30-100 mg/day in divided doses;
