Sulindac (Clinoril) up to 200 mg po BID
Diflunisal (Dolobid) 250-500 mg po BID
Ketorlac (Toradol) 30-60 mg IM LD followed by 15-30 mg IM
q 6 hrs not for greater than 5 days/10mg po q 4-6 hrs up to 5-14
days max
Ketoprofen (Oruvail) 100-200 mg po QD/(Orudis) 25-50 mg po
q 6-8 hrs
Nabumetone (Relafen) 500-1000 mg po BID
Etodolac (Lodine) 200-400 mg po q 6-8 hrs not more than 1200
mg QD
Indocin (Indomethacin) start 25 mg po BID-TID up to a total
daily dose of 150-200 mg
Tramadol (Ultram-50 mg tabs) 50-100 mg q 4-6 hrs prn to a
max of 400 mg QD
Oxaprozin (Daypro) 600-1200 mg po QD
Sulindac (Clinoril) 150-200 mg po BID
