Schedule your MSPE interview with Dr. Pearson
    (May 6 - August 22)

Biosketch and CV due 4 weeks before your MSPE meeting with Dean Pearson. Personal statement is due 2 days before.

Biosketch and CV & due 4 weeks before your meeting with Dean Pearson. Personal statement is due 2 days before.

Web-based ERAS applications available to students.

Meet with your advisor to prepare preliminary list of programs.

July - August

Request application materials and/or information from residency programs

Submit NRMP Match Agreement and $40 fee by Dec. 1

Arrange for letters of recommendation

September

Completed applications & letters of recommendation for all programs (ERAS & non-ERAS) should be mailed/transmitted by September 19th.

Submit address lists & labels for non-ERAS programs to Ginny Atwell in Student Affairs by September 26th.

October -

Plan interview schedule

November 1

MSPE letters are transmitted to programs

January - February 2009

Enter NRMP rank order lists via the web (must have taken USMLE Step 2 CK and CS by December 30 to be eligible for NRMP and May graduation)
